Tim Cirincione leads NSA's commitment to helping clients achieve high performance and return on investment through his management of the firm's leadership team on long-term business strategy. He represents NSA with clients throughout the region, with NSA partners and with business leaders and other key groups in the community. Tim is responsible for managing NSA and formulates and executes long-term strategies for the company. Tim is NSA's primary decision and policy maker, he serves on NSA's executive team and leads NSA's corporate philosophy.
Tim works with companies from various industries including technology, financial services and media and consumer products. His consulting work covers a broad range of strategic issues including: reviewing corporate, business unit and product strategy; profit improvement and marketing and sales effectiveness related to technology; examining functional issues such as management and implementation; and, evaluating telecommunications, infrastructures, business continuity, compliance, and strategic planning.
Tim has over 15 years of experience consulting across all aspects of the asset management business with particular emphasis around addressing complex operations and IT issues and has been instrumental in finding profitable new growth opportunities for leading companies in central New York through analysis and consultation on their technology and business processes.
